Maxine Earhart has always been known to “Elevate the Experience of Engaging Others” and inspire through some song and dance of her own. As a 4th of July baby, she was born with a combination of an extremely high energy level, celebrating the moment, and not hesitating to share it w/ everyone! That helped lead to her days as Miss New York State in 1979, a modeling career that included Karl Lagerfeld and Coco Chanel, partying at Studio 54, and singing w/ Bob Hope at the Copacabana. “OOhhh…the lights…the glamour…the crowd…” Now under the City Beautiful lights, Maxine is part of the dynamic duo behind Maxine’s On Shine in Orlando’s Thornton Park neighborhood where on any given night you can find her singing. Maxine also makes time to coordinate events for SEE on Park Avenue and involved with Park Avenue Fashion Week over the past five years from Food & Beverage Attaché to Director of the Emerging Designer competition. And when directed towards a charitable community adventure, she is all in. When she was asked to compete as a “Dancing Star” and help raise money, the eyes behind those retro glasses lit up. After all, the lady does love to dance, whether it is in New York, her parlor at home, or to help protect and inspire our kids here in Central Florida.
