Spending The Next Decade Working With Marriott Hotels And Climbing To Executive Chef, Led To Working Closely With Renowned Restaurateur Robert Earl. Not Only Did He Help Develop Concepts Such As Cafe Tu Tu Tango And Planet Hollywood But He Also Served As Robert’s Personal And Celebrity Chef. Orlando Independents Such As Park Ave Bistro, Kres Chophouse, City Fish, And Graffiti Junktion Have All Been Back Of House Curated By Tom.
